Still Kicking Around

I've been still programming stuff when I can. I've had to slow down alot since my wrist is causing me pain. I got annoyed with constantly having to convert 3d models to FBX for the Leadwerks, so i created an importing tool for Leadwerks. You just need to save your 3d model file in any directory and it will be automatically converted to fbx, and then imported into the editor.

In other news, I planned to enter into the Leadwerks Halloween Contest but time and scope of the game made it impossible to make before the deadline. Now I have a short game idea and a bunch of assets for it. I think when the game is done it will be pretty interesting.

The Godot Engine has been updated with a new 3d renderer and physics engine, so I have been getting re-aquainted with it. I have been working on a first person controller and it has been so far a success.

Hopefully adding the rest of the features will not be as hard. I would like to make a one room shooter to test features and mechanics. See you next time.
